The aim of this survey is to collect general information about parents’/caregivers’ and their children’s emotional intelligence (EQ). The information will be used only to develop the EQJOY game and website. We are not sharing the information with any third party.

Firstly, we would like to ask you about your own relationship with emotions and feelings. Note also that feelings and emotions are regarded as synonyms in this questionnaire. For each statement, please select the option which best describes you.

This second section is background information about you and your family, which will allow us to better analyze the data and develop the EQJOY game and website.

Over the next few weeks, we would like your child/children and you to play the game, just as if you had bought it.
